I love ZUMBA! What a fun way to exercise, dancing to great music! And you don't even
need to know how to dance. Really. Just follow my lead, and let yourself move.
The music will carry you, and you'll discover you're having a great workout that
feels more like a dance party! Zumba is more than just fun and healthy.
I have so much respect for Zumba because it helped me get through a
year that followed two deaths and a divorce. I honestly don't know
how I would have made it without my Zumba. And I'm not the only
one with a story about how Zumba changed their lives.
Maybe it will change yours! Come and find out!
I'm also licensed to teach Zumbatomic (Zumba with Lil' Starz, age 4-7 and
Big Starz age, 8-12). If YOU would like to host your own Zumba Dance Party at Fusion,
please give us a call. Just think! A Zumba Birthday Party! A Zumba Bachelorette Party!
Or Zumba for an anniversary or Halloween or Mother's Day or the 4th of July! We offer ideas, instructors, and support.

Karen Crown-Samba
Michelle has been surrounded by music all of her life, from the rhythms of her homeland in the Caribbean to hypnotic Latin sounds, country, classical, and everything in-between. Salsa dancing has been a fixture for her for over 20 years. However, classes in other ballroom styles - swing, rumba, cha cha, tango - have been her latest inspiration....the fun of dancing freestyle to popular music cannot be denied. Essentially, music and dancing are a major part of who she is. Being a licensed ZUMBA® instructor allows her to do what she loves and to share with others who want to have fun getting and staying fit.
Marisa Capella - ZUMBA®
Marisa grew up in the arts. Musical theater, show choir, and dance were her passions as a young adult. For someone who loves to dance and wanted a fun way to stay fit, Zumba® was a natural choice. After years of traditional aerobic fitness programs, Marisa turned to Zumba® and hasn’t looked back! She enjoys the freedom to structure her classes around her students’ needs and preferences. With styles ranging from salsa and merengue, to hip hop and reggaeton , an hour of Zumba flies by! Marisa truly believes in the power of Zumba® and the slogan: Ditch the workout, join the party!
